Welcome
Welcome to SPARK 1.0
Tap any section below for a quick guide to each part of the platform.
Click "Ask SPARK anything…" in the top bar (or press ⌘K) to open a Claude chat session with full context about your active operation. You can also click Discuss on any card to jump straight into a conversation about that specific item.
  • ATTENTION — urgent items requiring your action right now (orange badge = count)
  • Active — cards that are in-progress or awaiting confirmation from the field
  • Resolved — completed and acknowledged items for audit trail
Use the sub-buttons beneath the tabs to filter by type (Comm, Hazard, Intel, Need, Logistics) or priority / subtype.
Each card represents one decision or piece of intel. The row of buttons at the bottom lets you act:
  • Confirm — approves the recommended action and moves the card to Active
  • Discuss — opens Claude with context about this specific card
  • Snooze — defers the card; it will reappear after a delay
  • Dismiss — closes the card and moves it to Resolved without acting
  • Pill bar (top of map) — toggle Shelters, Hospitals, Airports, and more on/off
  • Globe icon (map corner) — reset to the default operation view
  • Bullseye icon — fly to your current GPS location
  • Layers panel (stack icon) — switch base map (Standard / Satellite), toggle hillshade, manage hazard zones
Drag to pan, scroll to zoom, right-click + drag to tilt.
Click your avatar in the top-right corner → Settings → Notifications to configure which card types trigger alerts and how (push, email, SMS). You can set different thresholds per priority level.
Use ⌘K → "Report a bug" to file an issue directly from this screen — SPARK will automatically attach your current session context and logs. For urgent issues during an active operation, contact the WCK Innovation Team via Slack: #spark-support.
Factal Intel
Aug 10 · 07:34 COT
M7.4 Earthquake — Chocó epicentre, Eje Cafetero impact · USGS PAGER Orange
Severity 5 · USGS NEIC event us6000tjl2 + Factal
M7.4 struck 5 km S of San José del Palmar, Chocó at 07:34 COT, depth 110.3 km — deep enough to spread MMI VI–VII across five departments rather than flatten one district. 111 dead, 87 injured, 61 buildings collapsed, 1,575 homes damaged (Presidencia, 12:30 COT); the toll ran 18 → 47 → 74 → 111 in one working day.

Damage concentrates in Pereira, 61 km east of the epicentre — 40 dead in Risaralda and a collapsed terminal roof at Matecaña. The epicentral municipality is under an ELN/Clan del Golfo Early Warning, so the operating base is Pereira, not the epicentre.

Projected scope: Tier 2 single-metro, partner-restaurant model, 14–28 days · envelope 70,000–110,000 meals / $245K–$385K. Day-one $17,500 is the first order, not the activation total.

SPARK has generated a synthesis brief plus four domain briefs. Ready to launch.
